Jefferson County Homeschoolers Bowl All homeschoolers are welcome to come to Quonset Lanes in Festus, September 24th at 1:00pm for bowling. Please RSVP by clicking here.  We need at least 10 people to get the reduced price of $3 per person. (If there is enough interest this will be a regularly occurring event.) Festus Play Group is Back At West City Park in Festus; the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, from 10-noon Science Center is hosting a homeschool-only camp-in! September 5, 2008 for $35 per person ($32 per person for members) Featuring:     ~Parent-child workshops with hands on activities, using the inquiry-based learning method     ~Fun family activities, including a Science Center Goes Splat show, and an Omnimax film     ~Sleep in the Science Center Galleries (cots and air mattresses are allowed)     ~Pizza dinner, movie snack, and breakfast     ~A souvenir patch     ~and more!
